Wholesale Terms & Conditions

ACCOUNTS AND ORDERING

  • Wholesale accounts must be registered and approved prior to placing an order.
  • Minimum requirements: Valid resale license and physical retail location.
  • We are ready to assist you with any questions you have.
  • Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST.

  • Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading, false, or fraudulent information to obtain wholesale purchases for anything other than resale purposes.
  • You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Lassoed Moon at the address given.  Secondary stores must receive prior approval.  Online sales through your own website are permitted, however sales through sites such as eBay or Amazon are strictly prohibited. 

PRODUCT

  • Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colors may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products and variance in monitor appearance.
  • All of our products are handmade.  Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
  • The most current price list supersedes any previous pricing or price lists. Quotes provided under written or digital catalogues are estimates. Pricing of metals are subject to change according to the current market rates.

FIRST TIME BUYER

  • A minimum order of $300 is required of all first time buyers.
RETURNING BUYER
  • Reorder minimum $250.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
  • Production begins upon buyer's receipt of invoice and agreement to terms. If partial payment is required, production begins once deposit is paid.
  • 2-3 week lead time for standard orders and reorders. Should you require a faster delivery time than the promised ship date, a rush charge of 15% to the total amount due will apply.
  • Any items that appear on the invoice and are missing from a shipment must be reported within 5 business days in receipt of order via email or phone. At that time we will ship missing items. If notification of missing items is not provided, the customer is liable for amount due stated on invoice.
  • Any cancellations must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the order delivery date, and are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of total invoice.
SPECIAL ORDERS
  • Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Lassoed Moon accepts all major credit cards, checks, and PayPal.
  • If your check is dishonored, you hereby agree to remit payment again for the amount of the check, plus a $40 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) check fee.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Packages are shipped through USPS with tracking, unless otherwise specified. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight, insurance and expediency.
  • Pre-ship payments: Order balance is due prior to shipment being released. Credit cards, checks and/or PayPal transfers must be deposited and cleared prior to shipment.
  • Items with customizations and special orders are subject to a 50% advance deposit.
  • Buyer is accountable for shipping & handling fees on all orders under $600. Orders over $600 will receive free shipping and shipping insurance.
  • Shipping insurance is required for all wholesale orders.

CARE INFORMATION

  • Proper care of Lassoed Moon Jewelry will greatly increase its lifespan and your customer's satisfaction. See general care instructions on lassoedmoon.com.

RETURNED GOODS

  • Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days with receipt of order. Please email info@lassoedmoon.com
  • Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Lassoed Moon reserves the right to assess and authorize any return cases.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lassoed Moon.  We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in the listed stockists section of our website to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.
  • We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from lassoedmoon.com.  Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our payment processor.

By completing an order and receiving an invoice from Lassoed Moon, you hereby state that you have read, understand, and comply fully with the listed terms & conditions by Lassoed Moon. You agree to comply fully with Lassoed Moon terms & conditions for the entire duration that you carry & sell Lassoed Moon products.
