Our production times vary for different pieces, ranging from 5-7 business days up to 4 weeks. Please check the "shipping" drop-down in the product description for the most accurate information! Most of our pieces are made-to-order, just for you, and can take 2-4 weeks to be created before shipping. We also have a wide selection of pieces that are in stock and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. We've compiled these pieces into a ready to ship section to help make shopping easier if you need something quicker.
We sometimes offer preorder pieces of new, very popular, or very time consuming designs which will also have specific shipping dates clearly listed.
Please feel free to reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions or need to receive your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
We know this production timeline may seem long, but Lassoed Moon is a two woman company and we believe taking the time and care to make sure your order is finished to perfection is one of the biggest reasons to shop small. We hope you find the pieces you receive worth the extra time it takes to make them especially for you!
If you place a single order with various shipping times your order will ship together when all products are ready, unless you purchase our ship separately listing which will allow your order to ship in two packages as they're ready.
We offer various shipping options for both domestic and international customers which you'll see at checkout! These shipping options do not affect the production time, so please keep that in mind. Please feel free to reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions or need to receive your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Shipping time once fulfilled will vary based on shipping method chosen and customer location.
Yes! You will be able to select domestic and worldwide shipping options during checkout.
Buyers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests before production begins.
We stand behind everything we create and want you to be happy with your new Lassoed Moon goodies! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order and we can assist with arranging a return or store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.
Please note: We have the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition. Returns need to be made unworn and with their original packaging. Earrings that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Special orders, and custom engraved jewelry are final sale.
No problem! Please reach out to us via email or our contact form as soon as possible and as long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the shipping address on our end. If your order is shipped and returned to sender because the address is incorrect we can refund or resend your order once it's received, but please note the shipping fee is non-refundable and if the order is shipped again a new shipping fee will be collected. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and in your confirmation email to avoid this and make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible!
If your order's tracking information has not updated for 14 days or more, please reach out to us right away! We insure ALL of our packages and will be happy to help resolve any issues. Claims for lost packages can only be filed after 20 days for domestic packages and after 40 days for international packages. So, if your order has stalled in tracking for a few days, please try to be patient with USPS or your international carrier, there have been delays worldwide and often packages do begin moving again, or are delivered shortly after a pause in tracking updates.

If you can include photos and your order number that will help expedite the process so we can help you as efficiently as possible. All of our packages are insured so if the damage happened during transit we will file a claim and have the damaged item refunded or resent to you. Though we thoroughly create, check, and pack each item with care, accidents can happen. If the damage was on our end, we will help make it right by repairing or remaking your piece as quickly as possible.
Products & Materials
We use a variety of metals for our earring posts, such as: sterling silver, gold-filled, pure titanium, stainless steel, niobium, or gold-plated over a nickel free base metal. The metal used will be clearly listed in each description, but we are always happy to help or switch the hardware on an earring design to accomodate. We recommend titanium, niobium, or gold-filled posts if you have very sensitive ears, but if you have an allergy or concern, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! You can also add the hardware change listing to your order and add a note letting us know which earrings you'd like changed and what you have in mind.
Hypoallergenic is a term that's usually used to describe jewelry that's free of nickel, the most common metal allergen. All of our pieces are nickel-free, but we don't like using this term, because although more rare, someone can be allergic to any type of metal, including solid gold or titanium. We thoroughly research our materials and always try to balance style and function while keeping our sensitive eared friends in mind, so please don't hesitate to reach out or ask if you need help or have any questions at all!
Sure! In most cases this is no problem and earring posts are interchangable. We have a wide array of options in gold, silver, and black; such as hooks, hoops, decorative posts, or titanium and gold-filled posts for sensitive ears. Simply add the hardware change listing to your order and add a note letting us know which earrings you'd like changed and what you have in mind. We would be happy to help find the option that works best for you! Please note: some changes, like switching from gold-plated to gold-filled posts will incur an additional charge.
Great question! We'll start with the easiest, solid gold is jewelry that's entirely made of gold. It's the most expensive option, can last a lifetime, and is made in different karats (14K, 18K, etc) to denote its purity. Gold-plated jewelry you'll probably be familiar with, as it's used most commonly. It's a base metal covered in a thin layer of gold, though there are different methods of plating gold that can make it last longer, coatings that can prevent it from wearing off, and higher-quality base metals can be used to extend the life of a piece. This is the least expensive option. Then there's gold-filled, which sits in between the two. Gold-filled refers to a base metal that is coated with a thicker layer of gold, with solid gold composing at least 5% of the piece. That may not sound like much, but it's typically about 100 times more gold than gold-plated and can last over 35 years of everyday wear without wearing down. The price range for gold-filled is usually in the middle and a great option for long-lasting jewelry that won't break the bank.
Yes! We offer options that make it easy for non-pierced ears to enjoy our jewelry. Clip-on converters are available as an add-on item that can be purchased with any order and make it possible to wear your Lassoed Moon earrings without changing the style and keep the post intact. We also have various gold and silver clip-on options available at all times which can be used as a replacement for the top of most earring styles. If you are interested in replacing the top of an earring please add the hardware change listing to your order and add a note letting us know which earrings you'd like made into clip-ons and if you have a color or style preference for your clip-ons. We would be happy to help find whatever option works best for you!
Acrylic is a very lightweight material. Depending on the earring style many of our earrings weigh under 5 grams each (about the weight of a U.S. nickel). We do make some more elaborate styles and statement pieces that are heavier, but all weights will be listed in the item descriptions. If you have any questions or concerns about the weight of our jewelry, please feel free to reach out to us before placing an order!
Yes! All of our hair swords are made without the use of nickel or (ick) lead.
While our hair swords are made with smooth, dulled edges and are not intended to be used as a weapon, we don't recommend wearing them on an airplane or traveling with them in your carry-on bag. They can be packed in checked luggage. If you're going to an event or private property with security checkpoints, we recommend checking the specific laws and guidelines prior to bringing your hair sword, to be safe!

It's our way of saying thank you and rewarding loyal VIPs with stars you can earn and redeem for discounts on future orders!
Once you sign up you'll start earning stars for every dollar you spend and receive bonus stars for following us on social media, subscribing to emails, writing verified reviews, referring friends, as a gift for your birthday, and other fun perks along the way!
You can login on desktop by clicking the person-shaped icon on the very top right of any page, or on mobile by clicking the three bars on the top left of any page for the drop down menu and then clicking "log in". Once you choose either of these options the Lassoed Lounge "hub" will open either as a pop-up on the left-hand side of the screen on desktop, or a full screen pop-up on mobile. On either desktop or mobile you can also access the hub by clicking the square floating photo icon on the bottom left of your screen, though this icon may not be visible until you login for the first time.
Once you're within the Lassoed Lounge hub you'll see your recently viewed items, favorites, past orders, and account info, as well as a button to view your Lounge Loyalty account. Once you click this button you'll see your current stars, ways to earn more stars, and way to redeem, as well as your referral link.
If you're recognized by our system, but haven't yet used the Lassoed Lounge hub you may be asked to confirm your account and be taken to a login page to confirm your identity with your email address. When you click through to the Lounge Loyalty, you may be asked to confirm your account again for that program. We apologize for any extra trouble! Thankfully, you only need one account and one sign-in email to access all of these features, but since these are different systems, your consent is needed to be a part of the Lassoed Lounge and the Lounge Loyalty program separately. You should only have to do this once during your first sign in, but if you experience any problems, please let us know!
When you've earned enough stars you can choose to exchange them for a coupon or keep saving to redeem for a larger discount. We offer three different loyalty reward coupons: $5 off an order of $35 or more for 500 stars, $10 off an order of $50 or more for 1,000 stars, $20 off an order of $100 or more for 2,000 stars. These coupons cannot be combined with other promotions. Once you exchange your stars you'll receive a coupon code that you can enter at checkout. Star exchanges are final and cannot be reversed. If you have any trouble using your coupon, please ensure you reached the minimum order subtotal required and you're logged in with the email address attached to your loyalty account.
*If you receive a referral reward a coupon for $10 off an order of $50 or more will be automatically added to your account, you will not need to exchange your stars to receive it.
Yes! If you have a Lounge Loyalty account you can share your referral link with your friends or family members who haven't ordered before. When your new referral places their first order they'll get $10 off their order of $50 or more and you'll receive a $10 off coupon to use on a future order of $50 or more!
Lounge Loyalty discount coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Each coupon will also have a minimum purchase requirement listed that must be met before it can be used. This minimum purchase requirement is based on the order subtotal and does not include shipping.
Loyalty accounts can be suspended at our discretion if we find improper use of its features through fraudulent referrals, reviews, or accounts; or any other abuse of the system not listed to unfairly gain stars and/or discounts.
Points for all customers began accumulating with purchases and activities from the time the program was introduced in February 2026. They aren't able to be added retroactively for past orders.
Since this program is new, you may see the option to complete actions you've already completed like following us on social media, or signing up for emails. No need to worry, you can still receive stars for these actions, simply click through the follow or subscribe buttons and the system will recognize you're already following us or subscribed and award you the points.
If your order history looks incomplete, or even empty, you may have used more than one email address over time which creates multiple accounts. Not to worry, we are able to merge your accounts using your chosen email address! Account merging isn't required and as long as you use one email address going forward your Lounge Loyalty stars and all future orders will be shown properly in one account. Though if you would like to see your full past purchase history in the Lassoed Lounge hub, please reach out to us at info@lassoedmoon.com with a list of your past email addresses so we can assist with account merging.
If you've used more than one email address over time you may have multiple customer accounts, but as long as you use one email address going forward your Lounge Loyalty stars will accumulate properly and all future orders will be shown in your account.
Multiple accounts may cause your order history to look incomplete, so if you would like to see your full past purchase history in the Lassoed Lounge hub please reach out to us at info@lassoedmoon.com with a list of your past email addresses so we can assist with merging your previous accounts together.
Everything Else
We are not offering any fully custom orders at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. We may be able to help if you are interested in customizing an in-stock item by changing the hardware, metal color from gold to silver, or making minor adjustments using our hardware change listing.
We do our best to restock popular, sold-out styles as frequently as possible while rotating through different collections. We also love making new things for you to enjoy, so it may take a while for a piece you've had your eye on to come back in stock. We love to hear from you and knowing which items you'd like to see come back helps us decide what to bring back next! So please feel free to reach out to us anytime if there's a piece you have your eye on.
We will share any upcoming collections and restocks on social media (usually Instagram), as well as through our email list. Plus! You can sign up for restock alerts on specific sold-out pieces here on our website. Simply check the product page of the item you're looking for and click the "notify me" link to receive an alert when it's back in stock.
You'll find care instructions for each of our pieces in the description on each item page under "care". Here are some instructions for our most commonly used materials:
Most Lassoed Moon pieces are made with laser-cut acrylic or acetate, which while strong and long-lasting, should be cared for to maximize it's life and ensure it looks good as new. Here are some tips for caring for acrylic jewelry:
- Treat your acrylic pieces with love and store them away from other jewelry that may scratch it's surface. We recommend storing on a hanging rack, in the packaging you received it in, or in a jewelry box.
- If there are spots or fingerprints on your jewelry, please use a microfiber cloth to polish pieces (like the kind you'd use to clean glasses or a phone screen). Regular towels or cloths could leave scratches on acrylic surfaces.
- Please don't swim, shower, or bathe in your acrylic jewelry, it's not a fan of the water!
- Some perfumes, sprays, and makeup may contain alcohol or other chemicals that can damage acrylic jewelry and any hand-painted elements, because of this we recommend adding your jewelry as the final piece of your look to avoid any accidents.
- Prolonged sun exposure can discolor many materials, acrylic is no exception! Try to avoid storing your jewelry directly in the sun.
Other materials used in Lassoed Moon jewelry include enamel, high-quality metals, vintage elements (including vintage silk, velvet, and other fabrics), raw brass, freshwater pearls, and glass beads.
The same care tips listed above apply to all of these materials, but additional care should be taken to avoid dropping or breaking some of these fragile elements, or snagging vintage fabrics.
Raw brass and silver specifically may tarnish, especially when exposed to humidity or sweat. Tarnished metals can be cleaned with jewelry cleaner or natural materials like baking soda and water, or vinegar mixed with lemon juice and polished with a soft jewelry cloth.
We try to have new product drops about once per month, usually on a Friday at 6pm ET! We'll post our next drop along with countdown reminders on Instagram, list it in our Instagram and TikTok bios, show a countdown on our website homepage, as well as in a banner along the top of our website. We also send an email to our mailing list when a new drop is going live as a final reminder! You can sign up for our email list during checkout or using the form in our website footer to be notified about our drops! We promise not to send you too many emails and fill your inbox. ❤️
